HighStreetSpecs conditions apply unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing by HighStreetSpecs.

All contracts for the supply of goods by HighStreetSpecs are made upon these conditions of sale (HighStreetSpecs) which shall at all times override any terms and conditions which the purchaser of such goods (the purchaser) imposes or seeks to impose.

HighStreetSpecs are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction.

1. HighStreetSpecs conditions apply unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing by HighStreetSpecs all contracts for the supply of goods by HighStreetSpecs are made upon these conditions of sale (HighStreetSpecs) which shall at all times override any terms and conditions which the purchaser of such goods (the purchaser) imposes or seeks to impose.
2. Description of goods & services; all goods are per our website and catalogue. We will always attempt to supply the exact same item, however there maybe at times slight differences to the product on show due to the manufacturer’s.
3. All prescriptions provided, must be given to you by a registered ophthalmic optician within the last two years.
4. Highstreetspecs will take an average PD of 63mm for distance and 61mm for reading, however we would prefer your optician or your good selves measure yourself accordingly.
   (checkout our measuring procedure).
5. You must be over 16 years of age to order from “Highstreetspecs” and you must not be registered blind, or partially sighted.
6. Unless specially agreed we will only supply lenses of a spherical powers between +6.00 and – 2.00 and – 6.00 and + 2.00.
7. Varifocals can be accommodated as per instructions.

8. Delivery normally within 14 working days, however due to complex orders or purely demand please allow up to 28 days.
9. Delivery charges: less than £50 - £2.50 (1st class), £50 or over - £5.50 (signed for), International delivery £15.00 (signed for).
10. If for any reason you do not accept delivery of goods to your address given when the order is placed, the charge will stand.
11. All prices exclude delivery charges.
12. Payment are via Paypal online or cheque via order form.

13. Return of goods

    We obviously want you to be truly satisfied, if however for some reason your not happy then please return your spectacles within the 14 day period date of invoice, and we will credit you in full for all standard single vision and Bi focal spectacles, Varifocals, reactalights, tints coatings or special lenses outside the parameters will be charged for accordingly.
14. The risk of damage to any goods you return to us will remain with you until the goods have been delivered and accepted by us.
15. We do not accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any damage to the goods caused by you.

16. Product Information / Condition of Sale

    Orders are accepted subject to the companies conditions of sale. Whilst the company has made every effort to ensure that the details and information given in its literature and on its website is accurate at the time, we do reserve the right to alter details and information as the need arises.

17. Correspondance

    All correspondance with HighStreetSpecs.com is in English.
