We want you to be totally satisfied with the goods you buy from us, if for some reason you are not happy, then you may return them within 14 working days for adjustment, replacement, exchange or refund.

We insist all goods being returned to us are sent 1st class recorded post. The risk of damage to any goods you return to us will remain with you until the goods have been delivered to our premises and accepted by us.
